ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Romania have agreed upon boosting and enhancing exchanges at the diplomatic level in order to increase and strengthen the existing relations between the two countries.
The decision came as a result of a meeting between Romanian Ambassador Nicole Goia and Federal Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination Mian Riaz Husain Pirzada in Islamabad today.
Nicole appreciated Pakistan’s resolute fight against terrorism and expressed the desire that Romania wanted to boost its relations with Pakistan, especially in the fields of sports, culture and agriculture.
During the meeting, both the delegates stressed on the importance of upgradation and expansion of bilateral relations. Both were of the view that the two countries can greatly benefit from sharing experiences and practices with each other.
Pirzada said that Pakistan highly valued its relations with Romania which were moving in the right direction.
