A woman belonging to Goth Issa Makran area, gave birth to her baby in a Qinggi rickshaw outside the hospital.
The new parents claimed that they were denied entry to the hospital in Sanghar and that they could not find any lady doctor in the labor room.
This incident has highlighted the poor performance of the Medical Institute of Science, where the only lady doctor that was hired was not present.
