Pakistan has launched an easily-accessible online visa service for tourists coming from European countries including France. As per details, the government of Pakistan is facilitating all tourists of the European block via its online visa service.
Meanwhile, French tour operators welcomed this initiation of the much-awaited service.
Earlier in March, Prime Minister Imran Khan had launched the online visa facility developed by National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), quite similar to the systems running in the US and UK.
The comprehensive e-visa facility is dedicated to residents from as many as 175 countries and follows the modern system for e-visa and on-arrival visa issuance within a short span of three months.
It should be noted that the Interior Ministry had notified of a new visa policy under which nationals of as many as 48 countries were extended the on arrival visa facility in April.
The notification claimed that the new visa policy had come into effect from April 15.
