A video went viral showing Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar forgetting to shake hands with Inspector General Police (IGP) Amjad Javed Salim on Wednesday.
The incident took place at a passing out parade ceremony. The video shows IGP Punjab receiving a shield and then extending his hand towards the chief minister who turned and walked away.
“I am not trained and am learning discipline,” CM Usman Buzdar replied when he was asked about the incident.
