The Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Karachi Registry on Thursday granted bail to the director of a private advertising agency, Salman Mansoor, in a corruption case. Mansoor faces a corruption reference along with Sharjeel Inam Memon for the alleged embezzlement of Rs 5.45 billion in the Information Department of Sindh government. Mansoor was granted bail against a surety bond of Rs 57.4 million. The bench directed him to submit the surety money. The reference is being heard by an accountability court.
