Fuel prices may come down if the government approves the new summary sent by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority.
The OGRA has recommended Rs 9.5 per litre decrease in petrol price, Rs 15 decrease in high-speed diesel, Rs 2 in light diesel, and 25 paisa in kerosene oil.
The summary has been forwarded to the government. The new price will be implemented from January 1, 2019.
