An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Loralai on Saturday directed police authorities to arrest Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Sardar Masood Luni and produce him before the court.
The directives were issued by ATC judge Muhammad Ali during hearing of a case here on Saturday. As the hearing went underway, ATC Judge Muhammad Ali questioned how a person involved in terrorism case could contest election and become member of the assembly. He also issued the notices to high police officials seeking reply for not arresting culprit as yet. Two cases, including the kidnapping of two people in Daki district, were registered against MPA Sardar Masood Luni.
