KHYBER AGENCY: Movement of pedestrians resumed on the border as Torkham crossing remained opened on the second day on Wednesday.
In a new development, Pakistani officials let more than 350 Pakistan nationals, stranded in Afghanistan, to enter Pakistan.
The officials said the Pakistani citizens having original identity cards were allowed to cross the border.
Hundreds of Pakistanis, including transporters, traders, had been stranded in Afghanistan for the last 19 days.
Meanwhile, thousands of Afghan refugees on their way home complained of slow clearing process.
According to administration official, as many as 24,000 Afghan refugees had returned to their country until the filing of this report.
