The World Kashmir Forum’s Independence Kashmir Grand Rally against the lockdown of Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir will be held on August 5 at 3 pm on Sea View. The rally will start at McDonald’s and end at Nishan-e-Pakistan.
A consultative meeting in connection with the rally was held at the residence of Chairman World Kashmir Forum Haji Rafiq Pardesi.
Speaking at the consultative meeting, Chairman World Kashmir Forum Haji Rafiq Pardesi said that the Indian occupying forces had taken away the right of Kashmiris to live by holding a complete lockdown in occupied Kashmir on August 5 a year ago. To mark this day as Black Day, World Kashmir Forum will hold Independence Kashmir Grand Rally on Wednesday. He appealed to the people from all walks of life including the business community and the general public to make the rally a success by participating in it.
It was informed in the meeting that a delegation of organizers led by Haji Rafiq Pardesi along with Kashmir Float will visit Mazar-e-Quaid on Tuesday, August 4 at 3 pm. Haji Rafiq will also give a media briefing after laying a wreath.
After the briefing, the delegation will visit the commercial centers of the city and invite traders to participate in the rally.
