CHAKWAL: Drop scene of death of youth allegedly killed in police custody, silent agreement between police and co-accused of deceased, police interfering in government including attempted murder, attacking police employee in uniform five accused arrested in the case registered on the charge of releasing the arrested accused were “released” while 25 unknown persons were “acquitted”. The FIR registered in City police station was sealed. The fugitive accused involved in the incident also hinted at leniency from the former police officer.
The fugitive accused returned the handcuffs. There was an inquiry in the office of Superintendent President Circle Chakwal Syed Azhar Hassan Shah during which Assistant Sub-Inspector Khidr Hayat of Choa Syedan Shah Police Station arrested the accused Sohail, a former police officer named in Case No. 171 Bajram 506/341/34.
Accompanied by Arshad, Hassan Abbas and Mohammad Khan’s sons Mohammad Nazir, Mousam Khan son of Imam Ali, a resident of Dalilpur, was stabbed outside the tehsil office and threatened to kill him when Khidr Hayat, the investigator of the case, went to Sohail Kothana City.
Masmian Iqbal Hussain Shah son of Sajjad Hussain Shah, Syed Sajjad Kazmi son of Syed Naseer Hussain Shah, Zaigham Abbas, Obaid Abbas sons of Nafees Al Hassan, Habdar Hussain son of Ghulam Hussain, Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah son of Gul Hasnain Shah were arrested on 20/25. Khizr tried to rescue Sohail from Hayat and Sohail escaped with handcuffs. City Police arrested Masmiyan Iqbal Hussain Shah son of Sajjad Hussain Shah, Syed Sajjad Kazmi son of Syed Naseer Hussain Shah, Zaigham Abbas, Obaid Abbas sons of Nafees Al Hassan, Habdar Hussain son of Ghulam Hussain, Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah son of Gul Hasnain Shah. Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah died in custody. Rescue One One Two Two shifted Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah to District Headquarters Hospital where an autopsy was conducted on his body last night.
The case of 285/20 Bajram 324/353/186/224/427/147/149 was also sealed by the police station. City police, while abusing their powers, interfered in the government including attempted murder, assaulted a policeman and tried to free the accused. Five accused were arrested while 25 unidentified persons were acquitted. A former Nazim of Union Council played the role of bridge.
