Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar wrote a letter to the members of the Assembly. He said that public representatives should keep in touch with the administration in their districts and monitor the action against hoarders and big sellers.
In the letter, Sardar Usman Bazdar said that anti-dengue and clean and green Punjab program should be monitored by visiting hospitals and reviewing the treatment facilities of the patients. He asserted to play a full role in these trying hours.
The Punjab Chief Minister further said in the letter that the dear country is facing extraordinary circumstances due to Coronavirus. The Punjab government has taken effective measures at all levels to control the pandemic. The role of the National Assembly is of special importance. It is hoped that the members of the National Assembly will use all their efforts to deal with Corona.
Moreover, Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has summoned a video link meeting of cabinet committee today.
The huddle will deliberate upon rising cases of the coronavirus in the province and matters related to the lock-down will be considered as well.
