Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts has been awarded ‘Brand of the Year’ Award at the World Branding Awards ceremony at Kensington Palace in London on Thursday, 14th November 2019. Addressing the awards ceremony, Hashoo Group Hospitality Division Chief Operating Officer Mr. Haseeb Gardezi said: “It is an honour for us and a proud moment for Pakistan to witness Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts receive this prestigious award.” Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts is a successful chain of five-star hotels across Pakistan. Hashoo Group is the pioneer of the hospitality industry in the country, ensuring the highest levels of customer service in each of the hotels. The Group, under its hospitality umbrella, owns, manages and operates the five-star Pearl-Continental Hotels and Marriott Hotels and the select-service Hotel One brand in Pakistan. The award was presented by World Branding Forum following a rigorous assessment, evaluation and voting process. ‘The Brand of the Year’ Award is a distinctive and premier recognition for a brand recognised as a champion in its industry on current market standing and consumer preference. It honours only that single brand in each category every year, which dominantly led through all the levels of the selection criteria.
