Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Saturday visited different areas of the province capital, without any protocol, after heavy rain and thunderstorm.
Buzdar visited Ferozepur Road, Ichhra, Shah Jamal, Muslim Town, Canal Road and Jail Road, where he inspected water drainage and cleaning conditions.
The patients at the Services Hospital were astonished to see the CM among them during his surprise visit to the hospital.
It is pertinent to mention here that heavy rain and thunderstorm lashed Lahore, while the city also plunged into darkness as electricity supply was interrupted in various areas. The road traffic was also disrupted in many places due to the uprooting of trees.
