The ambassadors of Nepal and Tunisia on Sunday paid a visit to the International Rawal Expo 2019 being organised by the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) at Ayub National Park Rawalpindi.
Nepalese Ambassador Sewa Lamsal Adhikari inaugurated a pet show at the expo and inquired about the different breeds of dogs, cats and birds. She appreciated the RCCI for organising such a healthy activity for the visitors, especially families.
Tunisian envoy Adel Alerbi, while visiting different stalls, appreciated the role of the RCCI in promoting trade activities through exhibitions. Both the envoys took keen interest in different products displayed on the occasion.
They also enjoyed the musical evening, and assured their full cooperation and assistance in exchanging trade delegations with Pakistan.
Earlier, RCCI President Malik Shahid Saleem welcomed the guests and gave a short briefing on the Rawal International Expo. He said the event aimed at increasing business activities along with providing entertainment to the masses.
More than 50 international companies, including those from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal and Afghanistan, have displayed their products at the expo. Around 200 stalls of food, garments, grocery and electronics have been set up for the visitors.
