ISLAMABAD: Local court in Islamabad has extended bail of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for six more days in liquor and weapons recovery case.
Session judge Sohail Ikram heard the Gandapur’s case which was presented before the court.
During the hearing, lawyer told the court that arms which were confiscated from his client’s car were official and the licenses have also been provided to the police.
The judge expressed resentment over investigation officers for registering the case under section 140. He also asked why an Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) is investigating a minister’s case.
