LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday, strongly condemned the blast in Kaysere, Turkey near an army vehicle.
The CM expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious human lives and gave his condolences to the bereaved families. He also prayed for the early recovery of the soldiers injured in the deplorable incident.
“We are with the government and the people of Turkey in this hour of distress and all our sympathies are with the bereaved families of soldiers who died in the incident,” he said.
“We equally share the grief of the Turks,” Shahbaz said.
Shahbaz said that menace of terrorism was an international problem and to coping with this scourge, joint efforts are needed. He said that terrorists are an enemy of humanity and brutal beasts, who have no religion.
