* Hand washing or sanitizing facilities must be provided at the gym. Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care
* Coughing and sneezing etiquette and precautions should be taken inside the gym.
It is important for both gym staff and members to wear surgical masks and maintain social distance.
* Up to 50% of the total capacity of the gym at a time, members are allowed to come to the gym. Captain (R) Muhammad Usman
* Shaking hands or hugging is not allowed.
Members should keep a distance of 2 meters from each other. Captain (R) Muhammad Usman
* After the use of one member, the exercise machine will be used by the other member at 5 minute intervals. Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care.
* Only 2 members will be allowed to exercise instead of 10×10.
Clean gym chairs, desks, door handles, etc. with 0.05% chlorine solution.
Additional sanitizer and disinfectant solution should be made available to exercise machines.
Members should be reminded during exercise to keep their hands and machine handles clean with sanitizer frequently.
Gym washrooms should be cleaned regularly.
Members bring their own towels
5. Clean gym machines with chlorine solution.
The gym should be well ventilated with windows open on both sides.
Air conditioners are not allowed to operate.
If any member shows symptoms, contact 1033.
Check the fever of members and staff while entering the gym.
Each member will be allowed to use the gym for a maximum of 45 minutes.
The precautionary measures provided by the government will have to be displayed in a prominent place in the gym.
