ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister (PM) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Yousuf Raza Gilani was ordered to appear before the accountability court on Friday.
Yesterday, a case was submitted by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi against the PPP’s leader over the misutilization of authority.
Gilani and six others accused are summoned by the court on September 26.
NAB further stated in its notification that the accused were running an illegal marketing campaign for the universal services fund due to which national treasure suffered a loss of Rs128 million.
