HYDERABAD: Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) in cooperation with Community Development Program (CDP) govt of Sindh organised a science fair for students in a local hall here on Thursday.
More than 300 female students from different schools of district Tando Muhammad Khan participated in the science fair and exhibit 48 science projects related to various science subjects including biology, chemistry and physics.
Vice Chancellor of Laiquat Medical and Health Science University Jamshoro (LUMHS) Dr Beekha Ram said without scientific development development can be achieved.
He emphasised that girls should take part in such activities with zeal.
SCF head Javed Hussain said that science score in the secondary schools need to be improved by provision of quality education in science subjects.
He further added that SCF is contributing in improving girls education in the district by equipping labs and providing decent learning environment.
Other participants also appreciated the conduct of science fair for students.
