KARACHI: Fresh evidence on Panama Papers has been obtained by the Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) and it will be revealed at a media conference today (Tuesday) by the PTI chairman Imran Khan. This was claimed by the leaders of PTI Sindh Imran Ismail and Khurram Sher Zaman in a joint press conference at Insaf House here on Monday. They demanded that the revelations of Kamran Farooqi should be investigated by a judicial commission and all those terrorist outfits which changed their name and became political parties should be banned from politics and a clear policy should be made for such organisations.
They said fresh evidence had been obtained that would be revealed today (Tuesday) by PTI Chairman Imran Khan at a press conference. The revelations of Kamran Farooqi have exposed so many things and all those who were arrested in connection with May 12 and Baldia Factory inferno should investigated by a judicial commission under the supervision of an on-duty judge.
They said that all those involved in May 12 and Baldia Factory incidents should be given the toughest possible punishments and have their names put on the exit control list (ECL). Law enforcing agencies should announce a clear-cut policy for all those terrorists’ parties in politics and ban them for life, they demanded.
A reduction in the local government budget by the provincial government is with the consent of MQM and all those who were moaning about such issues. It did not go amiss that MQM remained silent in the Sindh Assembly when these laws were passing by the members, they pointed out.
