In collaboration with Federation of Realtors Pakistan, ilaan.com organized the cake cutting ceremony where notable people from the real estate community were present. Kashif Shah, President of MDARA was also present on the occasion where he expressed great delight and happiness on this enormous achievement. He was of the view that real estate sector should be regulated for the hard work the realtors have put in and their unique identity should be acknowledged by all. “Although real estate has been granted the status of industry, a lot still needs to be done to make this industry beneficial for everyone including the government of Pakistan,” said Kashif Shah. Realtors Day has marked the arrival of a new era for the real estate industry and it is expected that it will serve as the stepping stone for all the massive changes expected in this sector in the coming years.
