The spokesman to former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians Asif Ali Zardari, Amir Fida Paracha, has said that the family and party workers of the former president are very concerned about his health. He said that the delay in the formation of a private medical board is concerning. Private doctors who are familiar with President Zardari’s condition should be included in the medical board so that the family and party workers are well informed about the real situation, he said. Amir Fida Paracha said that moving the former president to the hospital from jail is not enough as his own doctors should be treating him due to the complications in his heart beat which is alarming. He said that it is shocking that the former president is facing such difficulties when it comes to basic rights as he does not have access to health facilities. He concluded by saying that the formation of the private medical board including personal doctors should be completed immediately as not to further complicate President Zardari’s health conditions.
