Apna Bank Limited’s annual board of directors’ meeting was held at the bank’s head office. Board of Directors Chairman Mian MA Shahid chaired the meeting. During the moot, seven new directors were elected. They included M Akram Shahid, Emad Tahir, Salim Sh, Rahat Ali and Javed Siddique.
Later, the meeting elected Mian M Shahid as BoDs chairman for next three years. Gulistan Malik was elected as they bank’s CEO and president. The participants of the meeting also reviewed the performance of the bank and expressed their satisfaction.
