The Ambassador of China to Pakistan, Yao Chang called on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Shah Farman at the Governor House on Thursday. They discussed bilateral cooperation in different sectors and investment opportunities in Pakistan during the meeting. The KP governor termed China as a good friend of Pakistan and offered investment proposals and assistance in sectors of olive fields and production of fruits in tribal districts of KP. The governor told the Chinese ambassador that the land of the tribal districts was very much suitable for the production of olives and fruits. With the assistance of Chinese investors and experts the barren land of the tribal districts could also be brought under cultivation, he said.
