The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned an appeal challenging the bail granted to the main suspect in the Barrister Fahad murder case. A two-member IHC bench adjourned the case until May 22 owing to the absence of the applicant’s lawyer. Accused Raja Arshad’s lawyer said he had four objections to the appeal. Adjourning the case till May 22, the bench stated that it would hear arguments of the suspect’s lawyer at the next hearing. Earlier, a division bench of the IHC had suspended the bail of the main accused, Raja Arshad, in Barrister Fahad murder case. The division bench, comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhter Kayani, suspended the bail on the appeal of Barrister Fahad’s family challenging the bail granted to main accused Raja Arshad.
