ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek i Insaf (PTI)’s prime spokesperson Barrister Fawad Chaudhry said today that other than Imran’s close friends, no foreigners were invited to the future Prime Minister’s oath taking ceremony.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the ceremony will solely be a national event. Moreover, he clarified that the oath taking ceremony will be organized with simplicity in the President House. The PTI chief had earlier expressed a desire to take the oath publicly.
Those invited to the ceremony include Indian captain Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Navjot Sidhu and Bollywood star Aamir Khan.
