KARACHI: The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PMLN) president and former Chief Minister Punjab (CM) on Monday reached the metropolis to start PML-N’s election campaign.
As soon as Shehbaz arrived at the airport, he was warmly welcomed by PML-N party members.
After that, the former CM presided an event at Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
While addressing the gathering, Sharif said that the past performance of the party determines the number of votes in elections adding that we performed best in our tenure.
Citing the power crisis in 2013, he claimed that 90% of the load shedding crisis was reduced.
Criticizing the opponent party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaff (PTI), Shehbaz remarked that sit-ins have only wasted peoples’ time.
During his visit to Karachi, the party’s president aims to attend rallies, and visit party member’s constituencies.
