LARKANA: Sindh High Court Larkana judge Justice Aftab Ahmed Gorar visited various courts of Qambar Shahdadkot district and met members of the bar associations on Friday.
He visited Miro Khan Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate court and also held a meeting with the taluka bar members and enquired about their problems.
He assured them that new court building and residential colony will be got constructed in Miro Khan. He urged the young lawyers to work very hard; honestly with dedication so poor people get justice. He then planted a sapling in the courtyard. Justice Gorar then reached Shahdadkot and visited courts of additional district & sessions Judge, senior civil Judge and assistant session’s judge.
He ordered disposal of pending cases to be decided on merit. He then attended a lunch arranged by Shahdadkot taluka bar in his honour. He enquired about the issues faced by the advocates’ community. He also visited the courts of Civil Judge, Judicial Magistrates-1 & 2 and saw the cases being heard where he was also given briefing. He also paid a visit to the sub-jail and inquired about the problems being faced by the inmates and directed concerned authorities to send the cases of arrested accused to the relevant courts immediately. During his visit, District & Sessions Judge of Qambar Shahdadkot District Ahmed Saba, Additional Registrar of Sindh High Court Samiullah, Jagdesh Kumar and Abid Qazi were also present.
