HYDERABAD: The broken roads in different parts of Hyderabad city are causing disturbance for the residents, commuters and transporters.
The newly constructed roads are recently dug by different departments to replace the PTCL cable wire from copper to fiber and also repairing of sewerage lines in Qasimabad Phase II, Government Employers Cooperative Housing Society and Sheedi Goth. The slow construction work by the departments has created many problems for residents.
Residents are of these areas are afraid that in such condition if city hits by monsoon rains, it will bring havoc. Due to the digging of raods, at many place the sewage is mixed with drinking water, causing another problem.
Nadir Hussain Chandio, a social worker, told Daily Times that the people are suffering due to disinterest of authorities to repair to repair the roads. He said the political administration have to approach to start carpeting of the roads.
