Rent Control Act and RERA both are long awaiting demands of traders and realtors. Ali Nawaz Awan assured his support and consultation with stakeholders regarding implementation and guidelines of the bill. Delegation including Abid Khan, Chairman Islamabad Estate Agents Hub Association, Imran Bukhari FS, Aamir Sheikh, Tahir Abbasi, former SVP ICCI, Rana Qaiser, Exec Member ICCI, and others were also present.
