Senior Advisor and Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis, Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan, Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar on a request received from President POAF Germany directed Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Overseas and OPF to take action and bring bodies of Pakistani youths died in a boat accident in Turkey to Pakistan.
The boat sank in Lake Van in Turkey recently and yet bodies of Pakistanis are not brought to Pakistan. According to complaint, among died three of them Pakistanis, and they are Mohsin Ali Bhatti son of Muzaffar Bhatti, Syed Ali Hassan Shah son of Jadshah, Rehman Ashraf son of Muhammad Ashraf Rahmani and three others from a family belonging to Adilwal district of Gujarat. As per complaint, family members have offered funeral prayers in absentia after hearing the news of the accident but now they are eagerly waiting to bring these bodies of their loved ones to Pakistan so that they can bury them with their own hands for which they asked the Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis Federal Ombudsman. Hafiz Ehsan Ahmad Khokhar asked these departments to take immediate action and to make arrangements repatriation of these bodies to Pakistan.
