MUMBAI: Actor Vidya Balan has become the latest Bollywood celeb to make an anti-Pakistan statement in wake of the Pulwama attacks.
“Though I have always believed that art should be kept away from all boundaries and politics, I think we have to take a stand now. Enough is enough,” Balan told Indian media at the launch of her debut radio show ‘Dhun Badal Ke Toh Dekho’.
Meanwhile, on Monday, The All Indian Cine Workers Association announced a complete ban on Pakistani actors and artists.
The association released a notification which said that they will take strong action against anyone who works with Pakistani artists.
Actor Ajay Devgn also announced on Monday that his latest film Total Dhamaal will not release in Pakistan. “In light of the current situation, the team of ‘Total Dhamaal’ has decided to not release the film in Pakistan,” Devgn had tweeted.
