ISLAMABAD: Taking a taunt at the allegedly rampant corruption in the Sindh government, Fatima Bhutto granddaughter of former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, called for accountability of funds being spent on the education sector.
She tweets a story, according to which, even though billions of rupees being spent on the education sector, 55 percent children aged between five to sixteen in Sindh are out of school.
She said that “Sorry to ask an apparent question but where exactly the billions of rupees going than are?” She includes that, “It’s not a theatrical question but a demand for accountability.”
