Earlier, in his professional career, while working as Protocol & Public Relations Officer (PRO) at PR & Protocol) PARC, he has maintained a positive image in handling media affairs of PARC and created a strong relationship with electronics & print media. During his career, Mr. Shabbir Mirza also arranged coverage of all major PARC events i.e. meetings, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, MoUs, joint activities of PARC with International Organizations etc as well as performed protocol duties for high level Government officials & other dignitaries e.g. Ministers / Federal Secretaries, Chairman, & Members of NA / Senate Standing Committee on NFSR, MNA’s / Senators, PARC BoG Members and Foreign Diplomats.
