Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid on Friday briefly got an electric shock while addressing a gathering during the Kashmir Hour at his residence, Lal Haveli, a private TV channel eported. Rashid, who received the electric shock from the mic he was holding in his address, was startled and staggered a little. He, however, immediately regained his composure. “I got an electric shock, but I’m fine, not to worry,” he said. “There was current. [Indian Prime Minister Narendra] Modi cannot sabotage this gathering.” Pakistan, as well as the Pakistani diaspora around the world, observed Kashmir Hour from 12AM to 12:30PM today to express solidarity with the residents of Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK) suffering unprecedented atrocities against them.
