At least five people died and six injured on Friday when a jeep plunged into a river near Grave valley in Muzaffarabad.
According to reports, the jeep was travelling to Muzaffarabad from Neelum valley when driver lost his control of the vehicle on an unpaved road.
Rescue team rushed to the spot and rescued the injured out of vehicle. The injured were shifted to hospital. Doctors had confirmed the death of five people.
Earlier, at least six people lost their lives in two road accidents in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
According to police, family was on its way from Muzaffarabad to the tourist location Pir Chinasi.
Near Niazpura, on a sharp turn the car plunged into the deep ravine. Everyone in the car died except a boy. Police rushed to the spot. The bodies of the deceased were pulled out and shifted to hospital.
