MULTAN: The police, on Monday, arrested 30 criminals and recovered drugs and weapons from their possession. According to the police sources, their teams arrested 10 drug peddlers and five illicit weapon holders. The police recovered 44 liters of liquor, 1.630 kg Hashish, 155 grams Heroin, 1.200 kg Hemp, four pistols, one repeater and bullets from their possession. The police team also apprehended seven proclaimed offenders who were ‘wanted’ in different cases of robbery, theft etc. Meanwhile, eight gamblers were arrested with stake money Rs 5,490 and other gambling material. Separate cases were registered against the accused.
