ISLAMABAD: In the past 18 hours, rainfall occurred in the upper areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and in Gujranwala, while rain and snow fell in the hilly areas of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Azad Kashmir (AJK).
