In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, slogan of ‘Kashmir Baney Ga Pakistan’ is the voice of every Kashmiri Muslim as hearts of Kashmiris and Pakistanis throb in unison.
According to a report released by Kashmir Media Service, the people of the occupied territory are happy with the way Pakistan observed the Siege Day on August 5 to express solidarity with the Kashmiri Muslims.
The report pointed out that the day fully testified the slogan “We are Pakistanis, Pakistan is ours”, coined by the veteran Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Gillani.
The report particularly mentioned the famous saying of Pakistan’s Founder Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah that “Kashmir is Pakistan’s jugular vein”, and said that no power on earth can separate Kashmiris and Pakistanis.
The release of new map of Pakistan depicting the entire Jammu and Kashmir as its part has also proven the fact that Kashmir is the unfinished agenda of the partition of the sub-continent.
That is why Pakistani stand with the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their struggle for freedom through thick and thin, it added.
Meanwhile, in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the speakers have said that the people of Kashmir will never accept its division on the basis of colour, caste or territory. The event was organized by Imam Hussain (RA) Memorial Trust.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in Kargil public gathering, they criticism the Modi-led Indian government for repealing the special status of the territory and dividing it into two union territories on August 5, last year.
They said that after August 5, last year, the Indian government had said that it would bring development and progress in the territory but all its claims and promises proved white lie.
They said that the Indian government was exploiting the people of the territory and they would not accept the division of Kashmir.
The speakers said that they were against the formation of union territories and demand the restoration of its previous status.
They said that they were against the division of Kashmir before August 5, after August 5 and would continue its opposition in future as well.
Separately, Jammu and Kashmir National Front (JKNF) has paid rich tributes to prominent Kashmiri liberation leader Sheikh Abdul Aziz on his 12th martyrdom anniversary.
In a statement issued here on Monday the JKNF spokesman said that Shaheed Sheikh Abdul Aziz was truly a man of honesty and integrity, who devoted his entire life for the Kashmir cause.
While highlighting the supreme sacrifices rendered by the martyred leader, the JKNF spokesman said Sheikh Sahib was one of the pioneers of the freedom movement who sacrificed his life for the Kashmiris’ noble cause.
The spokesman said his martyred leader would be remembered for long in the annals of Kashmir history for his peerless contribution and indomitable role in the freedom struggle.
