Meeting of the Business Advisory Committee regarding Punjab Assembly session starting from May 8 was held on Monday, which was presided over by Deputy Speaker Sardar Dost Mohammad Mazari. The meeting was participated by Law Minister Muhammad Basharat Raja, MPAs Malik Nadeem Kamran, Samiullah Khan, Tahir Khalil Sandhu, Ali Raza Gilani, Syed Ali Abbas Shah, Zeeshan Rafiq, Secretary Assembly Mohammad Khan Bhatti and DG Parliamentary Affairs Inayatullah Lak. According to the procedure established for the assembly session, maximum number of 100 MPAs from the government and opposition sides will participate in the session daily, as per settled formula 52 government MPAs and 48 opposition MPAs will attend the session, parliamentary leaders will deposit the list of their MPAs attending the session with the Assembly Secretariat by May 5, only Members whose names are given in the list will attend the Assembly session, no Member will bring staff or guest with him, Ministers will also be allowed to bring one member of their personal staff with them, all MPAs and staff will use mask and gloves. The meeting also advised the Assembly Members to get their Corona test ahead of the session, all members and the staff will be bound to pass through germs killer gate for coming to the assembly, temperature of every MPA will be checked with Temperature Gun, Press Gallery members entry will also be limited, entry of the guests during the session is strictly prohibited.
