LAHORE: On Tuesday, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited Managing Director (MD), Amjad Latif, distributed prizes among the winners of the 2nd SNGPL National Squash Championship 2017 at the Punjab Squash Complex. DMD Amer Tufail, SGM CS Jawad Naseem, GM (Admin) Ashraf Nadeem and other high-ranking officials were also present at the event . Speaking on the occasion, the MD said that the SNGPL had always contributed to the promotion of sports. “In pursuit of the same, the SNGPL is leaving no stone unturned for the revival of squash in the country. This shall present a softer image of us to the whole world. We need to join hands to support sports activities in the country. We need to invest in the future generation for their brighter future and for the brighter future of the country.” In the category of U-15 (boys), Farhan Hashmi of the SNGPL stood victorious. Noorul Ain Ijaz and Madina Zafar of the SNGPL stood victorious in the category of U-15 (girls) and U-19 (girls), respectively.
