FIA has launched a major crackdown against wives of officers for receiving the amount from BISP. FIA registered 9 FIRs against wives of officers and BISP beneficiaries. Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) recovered 18.5 million rupees of BISP from the Wives of 150 government officers/BISP beneficiaries out of 224 wives of various departments/ beneficiaries of BISP in Hyderabad circle of FIA. Most of wives/beneficiaries of BISP are related with husbands of grade 18, 19 and above in various departments of federal and Sindh government those have been withdrawing BISP amount. FIA issued notices to 92 women/ beneficiaries of BISP belongs to Dadu and Jamshoro districts to appear in FIA office Hyderabad circle on Monday on May 18 related with recovery of BISP amount. FIA inspector Ramesh Kumar issued the notices to beneficiaries of BISP to appear in his office at circle office Hyderabad related with recovery of amount of BISP on Monday on dated May 18. FIA inspector Ramesh Kumar said that there were total 224 beneficiaries of BISP in districts of Hydeabad region. He said that FIA had recovered 18.5 million rupees of BISP beneficiaries from 150 women and remaining process of recovery was going on.
