Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved the names of the five members for the board of Punjab Aab e Pak Authority. Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar will be the Patron in Chief whereas Maj General (Ret.) Ahmad Nawaz Saleem Mela will be the Chairman of Punjab Aab e Pak Authority. The Punjab Aab e Pak Authority will comprise of five private members. Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved the names of Faisal Ahmad from South Punjab, Major General (Ret.) Ahmad Nawaz Saleem Mela from North Punjab, Khurram Mukhtar from West Punjab whereas, the names of Rabia Zia and Mian Talat Mehmood for the members of the Authority. Punjab Aab e Pak Authority’s Patron in Chief and the Governor Punjab Ch. Muhammad Sarwar said that Punjab Aab e Pak Authority will fulfill the responsibility of providing clean drinking water to the people of the province of Punjab.
