In a key development against the attack on Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) office in the Rizvia area of Karachi in December, three eyewitnesses, on Friday, identified five accused, during an identification parade. The Judicial Magistrate Central in City Court oversaw the identification parade, where dummy accused were made to stand with the alleged attackers in a row. The eyewitnesses pinpointed the accused and claimed that they had opened fire indiscriminately at the PSP office in their presence. The witnesses further added that six accused had reached the location on three motorbikes, opening fire at the office, and fled from the scene. The accused were Raza, Shahrukh, Shaharyar, Mohsin and Aneesur Rehman alias Captain. Two people, PSP’s Zaheer and Naeem alias Mullah, were killed while two others, Fahad and Yasir, were injured. In this regard, police launched a joint operation with paramilitary rangers and arrested a suspected target killer alleged of carrying out the attack.
