SARGODHA: A prisoner in Sargodha district jail was mysteriously found dead on Saturday.
Police claim that inmate Mazhar Hayat, a resident of village Salam in tehsil Bhalwal, was a drug addict and he died due to the unavailability of drugs.
Police officials were still unsure of the cause of death. The body was handed over the heirs after post-mortem. Jail authorities ordered an inquiry.
