Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday ordered that bail petition of the assets beyond income against Khursheed Shah will be heard by the three-member bench. A two-member bench headed by Justice Maqbool Baqir heard the bail petition of Khursheed Shah in the assets beyond income case. Raza Rabbani represented Khursheed Shah as his counsel. At the occasion, Justice Maqbool Baqir ordered that a three-member bench will hear the bail petition as a three-member bench can only hear the case against the verdict of the high court. The case will be heard when a three-member bench will be available. It is pertinent to mention here that Sindh High Court had rejected the bail petition of Khursheed Shah on which the PPP leader moved to SC against the SHC verdict.
