The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has donated Rs 19 million to the prime minister’s relief fund for COVID-19. SNGPL Board of Directors Chairperson Roohi Raees Khan and SNGPL Managing Director Amer Tufail presented the cheque to Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar at the Governor’s House, Lahore.
The company board of directors accorded approval for donation of Rs. 38 Million for Coronavirus relief activities in its meeting held on April 11, 2020 at the Head Office. Out of the donated amount, Rs. 19 Million have been contributed to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for Covid-19 while the remaining Rs. 19 Million will be donated to NDMA for procurement of protective and medical equipments.
