Ataur Rehman, an MPA of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has been accused of raping a 21-year-old female student and blackmailing her with a video recording of his heinous act.
The 21-year-girl victim is a resident of Multan who has accused the PML-N leader of raping her for “11 months”.
The victim said that she approached BZ police station against the politician but her plea wasn’t heard.
Later, she presented her plea to a local magistrate who ordered MS Nishter to carry out her medical examination.
“The medical report confirmed that I was raped, however, the police still did not register a case against the MPA,” she said.
On the other hand, PML-N’s Ataur Rehman has denied the allegations, saying that it is false propaganda against
him.
