MARDAN: A primary school-going student was severely tortured by a teacher on Friday.
According to sources, the student of Government Primary School Tekhadar Kalay was punished due to remaining absent from the school.
The teacher reportedly tortured the student so viciously that he had to be hospitalised immediately as his condition got serious. The parents filed a case against the teacher and have appealed to the Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak to help them in this regard.
