KARACHI: According to a statement by Sindh police’s spokesman, following Monday’s blast in Quetta, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh A.D. Khawaja directed the police to beef up security in the province.
The spokesman said that the IGP issued these directives to all the DIGs in the province. Khawaja directed the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) at all the important places to be more vigilant.
He also instructed all securities personnel to be alert and keep an eye out for suspects.
